2. Stick Out Tongue

Do 10 repetitions of this exercise. Open your mouth wide so that you can stick the tongue out as far as possible. By doing so, you will feel the chin and neck tighten. Now hold the position for 10 seconds. After this, return to the starting position.

3. Tongue Press

Do 20 repetitions of this exercise. Firstly, sit down and tilt head towards ceiling and now put pressure at the mouth roof by pressing your tongue against it. Now lower the chin on chest and relax. Return to the beginning position.

4. Kiss the Ceiling

Do 15 repetitions of each of two sets. Hand your arms at both sides comfortably. Tilt the head back and look at the ceiling. Now give a kiss to the ceiling by puckering lips. Move the lips far from face as much as possible. Now hold the position for 5 seconds and return to the starting position.

5. Circle of life

Do 10 repetitions of this exercise. Tilt the head back in order to face the ceiling. By doing this, all the time you have to keep your lips shut tight. Open the lips now slightly to make the shape “O”. Hold the position for 20 seconds and now return to the starting position.
